A large-scale application to serve every aspect of WBI Home Warranty’s business, from customer management to policy-writing to accounting.
WBI Home Warranty provides New Home Warranty Coverage for builders and homeowners in Western Canada, managing internal workflows (sales, contracts, accounting) and external interactions with developers and homeowners. They needed a custom platform to replace their out-of-date system.

Challenge
WBI’s existing platform was out of date and lacked the ability to expand to new features. They required a complex, multi-tenant application to manage all aspects of their business from customer and contract management to accounting and renewals.
Solution
A sleek, web-based application with unique but intertwining portals for WBI’s internal employees (sales, customer service, accounting) and its external customers (developers and homeowners). This was a huge and complex project, consuming over 4500 hours’ labour between design, coding, testing and deployment.
